Monday’s morning rush on West Chester Pike turned deadly when a speeding BMW sedan plowed into a vehicle making a left turn into Dunwoody Village, killing the BMW driver at the scene and sending the other motorist to Paoli Hospital with serious injuries. Emergency crews quickly sealed off the westbound lanes for cleanup and reconstruction.
As seen in SkyForce10 aerial footage, a red BMW lay crushed against a telephone pole near the 3400 block just after 8:20 a.m., while a dark sedan sat mangled in the turning lane. Troopers pronounced the BMW driver dead on arrival and transported the second driver to Paoli Hospital; police have not released their condition pending family notification.…
