DOVER — Since the state approved toll increases in late June, the question has been when they would take effect.
Officials gave an answer late last week, announcing that the rises in tolls on Del. 1 at Biddles Corner and Dover, on mainline U.S. 301 and on Interstate 95 in Newark will begin Aug. 15.
