ELKTON — A 14-year-old boy was stabbed to death by a physically disabled man while the teen and “five or six” of his companions were attacking the man on an Elkton neighborhood street late Friday night, according to the Elkton Police Department.
EPD officials are withholding the name of the deceased teen, who was an Elkton resident, pending a consultation with the Cecil County State’s Attorney’s Office.
