Philadelphia police have arrested three men in connection with a series of illegal car meetups across the city.
Authorities say some of the meetups turned dangerous.
Henry Ramos, 21, of Philadelphia, is accused of participating in and promoting car meets on May 31, June 15 and July 4 of this year.
