A New Castle man is behind bars on drug-and-weapon charges following a traffic stop in Wilton.
County Police said the vehicle’s registration was suspended, and the driver had no proof of insurance.
Officers found a loaded handgun described as a “ghost gun” with no serial number or manufacturer’s mark, as well as 28 bags of heroin-fentanyl.
