NEWARK, Del. — Residential customers of Delmarva Power in Cecil County who have a past due balance of more than $250 for more than 60 days can apply now for assistance up to $300.
Residents of Kent, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot counties are also part of this application period that offers a one-time payment per household.
