The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a call to the public for assistance in locating Ann Clairvoyant, an endangered missing person from the 35th District. Clairvoyant, who was reported missing on August 8th, was last seen on August 7th on the 1300 block of W Tabor Road, according to details Philadelphia Police Department.
