Both the Wilmington police and fire departments are investigating an incident during the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 13, 2025, in the area of 2nd and Rodney Streets.
Police responded for a possibly barricaded subject, but then a fire broke out in a first floor apartment.
Firefighters staged until given the all clear by police, and then moved in to battle the flames…
