Delaware State Police are charging a 17-year old from New Castle with drug and weapons offenses following a traffic stop on Route 1 Wednesday afternoon, August 13, 2025, near Red Lion.
The trooper, who was working with the Highway Safety Unit, pulled the car over for going 100 miles per hour north of the Route 72 interchange.
