WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police have arrested four men on multiple gun and drug charges following an investigation that began earlier this month, authorities announced.
According to police, the Gun Intelligence Unit launched an inquiry in August into alleged illegal firearm possession involving a 16-year-old male juvenile and 18-year-old K’Den Bowens.
On August 20, 2025, at approximately 10:25 a.m., officers located the 16-year-old in the passenger seat of a vehicle in the 800 block of West 7th Street. Police say when they attempted to contact the occupants, the driver — later identified as 23-year-old Nhy-jee Evans — rammed two police vehicles before fleeing the scene. No officers were injured…
