NEWARK, Del. — A Cecil County man died in an area hospital on Monday, two days after the motorcycle he was operating crashed into a turning car at the intersection of a Delaware highway, according to the Delaware State Police.
Investigators identified Jackie Spicer, 53, of Elkton as the victim.
Spicer was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle westward in the left lane of Chestnut Hill Road at approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday, when an eastbound Buick LaCrosse driven by a 44-year-old Newark woman attempted to make a left turn across the westbound lane onto North Kingston Road, police said…
