WILMINGTON — When Ayanna Khan founded the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce five years ago, she didn’t envision just how quickly it would grow.
But, on Aug. 26, that feeling came full circle for the organization’s president and CEO, as she was joined by business owners, elected leaders and supporters at a grand opening for its headquarters and business incubator on East 11th Street.
