Wawa Sells Closed Delaware County Store, Along with Six Other Properties

Wawa is selling seven properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, four that have closed stores and three that are vacant lots, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The portfolio went out to market in May. It includes a closed Wawa store at 2236 Chichester Ave. in Boothwyn. Wawa is asking $800,000 for the 3,023-square-foot building sitting on .63 acres in Boothwyn.

Also for sale is a closed store in Levittown, with a $500,000 asking price; a closed store in Pine Hill, New Jersey, with a $700,000 asking price; a closed store in Absecon, New Jersey, with a $475,000 asking price…
