PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities have charged a man they say shot and killed a woman in Center City over the weekend.
Police say John Kelly is accused of fatally shooting a woman after an argument broke out between the two of them just before 6 p.m. Friday outside a 7-Eleven at 12th and Chestnut streets.
Kelly was arrested near the scene, and so was a man they say retrieved the gun after Kelly dropped it…
