The family of Kelvin Williams is grieving the sudden and tragic loss of a man they describe as the heart of their large North Philadelphia family.
Williams, 57, was killed early Sunday morning around eight when an out-of-control SUV struck his Ford F-150 as he drove two coworkers to a roofing job.
