NEW CASTLE, Del. — A Cecil County man remains on the lam after allegedly gunning down a teen in Delaware two months ago, and investigators are asking the public to help them find him.
Investigators identified Mehki Wilson, 19, of Elkton as the murder suspect who, as of Wednesday, remained at large.
