A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with a July mass shooting in Philadelphia’s Gray’s Ferry Section.
Philadelphia police said SWAT and homicide detectives conducted a search warrant on a home in the 1500 block of South 25th Street on Friday morning, where Brandon Fischer was taken into custody.
