PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A suspect is dead after an hours-long standoff with police in the Logan section of Philadelphia overnight. Investigators said the man shot a woman and fired his gun at officers.
It started just before 9 p.m. Sunday at a boarding house at 10th Street and Duncannon Avenue. Police said a man shot a woman with whom he was involved in a conflict earlier in the day.
