Downtown Wilmington now has 243 more luxury apartments.
The grand opening of “The Press” was celebrated Tuesday September 23rd at 801 North Orange Street. The name honors the site’s history as the former headquarters of The News-Journal.
Buccini Pollin Group said the $90-million, 14-story project is the most recent addition to its growing portfolio of high-quality residential projects in the city and the region, with more than 1,000 new apartment units in various stages of completion during the past year.
