Technology and teamwork led to the arrest of several men suspected of car thefts in Delaware County.
Police say automated license plate readers flagged a stolen vehicle traveling on West Chester Pike in Marple Township on Sept. 19. Officers tracked the car to Brookthorpe Circle, where they encountered multiple individuals dressed in dark clothing.
