ELKTON — A woman charged with murder in the beating death of her 3-year-old daughter inside their North East residence in June remained in the Cecil County Detention Center on Thursday night — two days after her extradition from Delaware and hours after her bail review hearing.
Cecil County Circuit Court Judge Robert Sentman concluded that the defendant — Darrian Lynnelle Randle, 31 — should be held without bond, as recommended by Assistant State’s Attorney Gavin Patashnick during Thursday afternoon’s proceeding.
