A Wilmington man is going to prison for nearly six years for what federal prosecutors call “serial fraud.”
Court documents showed that 43-year-old Crandall Speights drove around neighborhoods at night to steal from mailboxes, looking for checks. Also, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware said Speights submitted false loan applications under two COVID relief programs.
