Gov Meyer Ceremonially Signs Microbrewery Bill in Wilmington

While House Bill 170 was signed into law in June – Governor Matt Meyer ceremonially signed the bill at Brew Works North in Wilmington on Thursday. House Bill 170 updates Delaware’s microbrewery law and gives businesses more flexibility in how they operate. Delaware code only allowed Delaware craft brewers to operate one microbrewery and two brew pubs. The new law allows brewers to instead operate two microbreweries and one brew pub if they choose.
