The Wilmington Fire Department is investigating a blaze in a Canby Park row home.
Firefighters arrived at the scene Monday at about 8:30 a.m., where a fire spread to the basement and both floors of a home on Lakeview Road. It was originally reported as a fire starting in the garage.
Firefighters attacked the rapidly-spreading fire while making sure that any occupants had safety exited.
