Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying a shooter who opened fire amid a large crowd two weeks ago, leaving an 18-year-old man injured.
Police distributed surveillance video and images Saturday showing the suspect in the shooting, which happened just after 2:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at Bristol Street and Germantown Avenue in Nicetown.
A large number of people were gathered in the area, and officers who responded to the scene found the victim with two gunshot wounds to his leg, law enforcement officials said. His injuries were not considered life-threatening, according to a PPD incident report sent out at the time…
