Less than a week into the Newark Police Department’s trading card contest, twins Layla and Tayla Baul are already well on their way to collecting all 100 cards.
During the community kickoff event Saturday, the 9-year-old girls proudly displayed their binders, with all the cards they’ve collected so far organized by number.
