Body of Chester County man found in Lycoming Creek, coroner reports

LEWIS TOWNSHIP, LYCOMING CO. (WOLF) — A man’s body was recovered from the Lycoming Creek, officials said.

According to the Lycoming County Coroner’s Office, on Thursday morning emergency crews responded to the 400 block of Susque Road in Lewis Township, where the body of 48-year-old Nathan Sherman was discovered floating on the southern edge of the creek.
