Charges filed against driver involved in head-on crash that killed 4 teenagers on NJ Turnpike

Charges have been filed against a driver involved in a head-on crash that killed four teenagers on the New Jersey Turnpike in Salem County early Sunday morning.

Christopher Neff, 41, from Westminster, Colorado, has been arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated manslaughter, four counts of vehicular homicide, unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of hollow point ammunition.

Police say Neff was driving a Dodge pickup truck in the wrong direction in the southbound lanes of the turnpike when he slammed head-on into a Mazda SUV carrying four teenagers in Carneys Point Township…
