DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Delaware man is facing multiple criminal charges in Bucks County after allegedly defrauding homeowners who hired him to repair hail-damaged properties, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
Authorities say 46-year-old John D. Paoletti, owner of Choice Remodeling and Restoration, is accused of accepting large advance payments for home improvement projects that were never completed. Police have filed charges in four separate cases, and active arrest warrants have been issued for Paoletti, who remains at large.
