Two Arrested in Wilmington After Stolen Vehicle Located on Bonwood Road

On October 20, 2025, Delaware State Police arrested Meshech Morris, 20, of Wilmington, Delaware, and Marquist Charpentier, 20, of Lanham, Maryland. The arrests were related to a stolen Dodge Charger. The car had been reported stolen in New Jersey and was located on Bonwood Road in Wilmington early Monday morning. Troopers saw the suspects leave the area in an Infiniti Q50 and arrested them.

Police searched the Infiniti and found a device for programming universal key fobs and a reprogrammed key fob. The key fob worked with the stolen Dodge Charger, which was found nearby under a car cover. Morris and Charpentier were charged with felony offenses. The charges include possession of burglar tools, receiving stolen property over $1,500, and second-degree conspiracy…
