NEW CASTLE, DE — Patrol officers with the New Castle County Division of Police apprehended four juveniles early Tuesday morning following an alleged series of vehicle-related thefts in a New Castle community, authorities said.
According to police, the incident occurred shortly after midnight on October 28, 2025, when officers were dispatched to the Eden Park Gardens neighborhood after receiving reports of a group of juveniles attempting to open car doors. Responding officers also discovered an unoccupied Kia Sorento with a broken window parked in the middle of Albany Avenue.
As officers arrived, the suspects reportedly fled on foot, prompting multiple pursuits through the neighborhood. Police said four individuals were eventually taken into custody without incident…
