A Newark man and a Wilmington teen have been charged with robbing a woman at a motel near Newark.
The incident happened at approximately 11:15 p.m. Oct. 15 at the Motel 6 in McIntosh Plaza on Christiana Road, east of Newark, according to Delaware State Police.
