Wilmington Resident Arrested at Winterthur Museum for Fifth DUI Offense

On November 1, 2025, Delaware State Police arrested Benjamin Rife, 35, of Wilmington. He was charged with his fifth felony DUI offense. The arrest took place at the Winterthur Museum. A public safety officer reported a suspicious person. Troopers found Rife’s vehicle stuck in the grass near the property.
