Delaware man arrested for alleged 5th DUI, state police say

A Delaware man is now behind bars, facing his 5th DUI charge, according to police.

State troopers arrested 35-year-old Benjamin Rife, of Wilmington, early Saturday morning.

Investigators say he drove off the roadway and was stuck in the grass near the Winterthur Museum on Kennett Pike in Winterthur around 4:20 a.m.
