Gianni Lolly, 19, of New Castle, Delaware, has been charged with several vehicle thefts and attempted thefts in New Castle County. Police say detectives connected Lolly to 13 cases in 10 neighborhoods over the past several months. He was arrested on October 28, 2025, by the fugitive apprehension and surveillance team.
Lolly faces felony and misdemeanor charges. These include attempted theft of a motor vehicle, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, criminal impersonation, and theft.
