Diversity, school choice among concerns raised during Redding Consortium Town Halls

About a dozen residents raised concerns during two nights of public comment ahead of a decision that could alter the landscape of education in New Castle County.

In a process that started in 2019, the Redding Consortium is planning to vote to redistribute district control in the City of Wilmington, and potentially throughout the county, north of the Canal.
