On November 26, 2014, 40-year-old Steven Brown was shot and killed near his home at 19 N. Bellwoode Drive in the Bristol Place Townhouses in Newark, Delaware. New Castle County Police responded to the scene at 7:24 p.m. and found Brown in the parking area. He died from multiple gunshot wounds.
