On November 29, 2025, C-Squad Patrol Officers stopped two teenagers near Airport Road and Appleby Road during an investigation. The individuals were a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old male. Officers approached them at about 1:30 p.m. during a pedestrian stop. The 17-year-old resisted when officers tried to detain him. After a brief struggle, he was taken into custody.
Officers searched the 17-year-old and found a loaded 9mm handgun with a 3D-printed lower receiver in his waistband. The firearm had a 10-round magazine and one round in the chamber. The 16-year-old was not charged and was released at the scene…
