After a property tax reassessment, one sit of bills, a lawsuit, and in some cases an appeal, New Castle County residents are finally receiving their final 2025 property tax bills.
New Castle County mailed out revised property tax bills on the week of November 24-28,2025, with a copy going to both property owners, and if necessary, mortgage companies, as well.
