UPDATE: The Bethany Beach Police Department (BBPD) has released more information about the man arrested following Wednesday’s vehicle pursuit.
Police have arrested Julian T. Lark of Wilmington. He is charged with disregarding a police officer signal, driving under the influence, and a litany of related traffic violations.
After being taken into custody, Lark was medically evaluated and transported by EMS to Beebe Medical Center. He was later discharged and transported back to BBPD for arrest processing and a DUI investigation…
