An overflow crowd at Mount Pleasant Elementary School largely showed discontent towards potential plans for education reform involving the city of Wilmington.
The Redding Consortium is scheduled to vote next Tuesday on one of three plans to recommend to redistribute which school districts Wilmington students attend.
