A 24-year-old woman from Charlestown, Maryland, Destiny Faith Chiveral, has been charged with first-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death. The charges follow the death of her five-week-old daughter. The incident took place in the unit-block of Leedle Circle in Rising Sun, Cecil County.
