WEST HARTFORD — A Philadelphia truck driver who was killed in a road rage incident in West Hartford had planned to move out of his home city due to the constant violence there, his brother said Monday.
The family of Haneef McKnight, 28, was preparing to bury him Monday morning, McKnight’s brother, Andre Lewis, said in an interview.
