Wilmington Police Department’s recent operation in the fight against illegal narcotics trafficking resulted in the arrest of a 44-year-old man, identified as Rahsaan Cherry. The arrest took place on Thursday in the morning hours on Kirkwood Street, a moment when Cherry was reportedly engaging in drug activity.
