Riley, a 30-year-old man, was found fatally shot on December 20th, 2014, inside a suspicious vehicle at Woodland Apartments on Lowery Drive, Wilmington, DE. As noted in a social media post by the New Castle County Police, investigators have continued to petition the community for assistance in bringing closure to this case.
According to details released by the police, the incident occurred on a Saturday afternoon, and upon their arrival, officers discovered the lifeless body of Riley with a gunshot wound. Having faced the gun’s violence with fatal consequence at the young age of 30, Riley’s case has since been a cold reminder of unresolved grief.
