Rap legend Kwamė is the latest guest slated to join Wilmington Public Library’s high-profile speaker series that often spotlights celebrities. In celebration of Black History Month, the library announced it will host a “Living Legends Speaker Series” this year that launches with Kwamė on Feb. 5.
