A man who pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide in a Gloucester County crash that killed a Pennsylvania grandmother will serve no prison time in the case.
Connor P. Ruggieri, 25, of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to three years of probation on Friday.
