Death Probe, Jewelry Theft, and Drug Arrests Shake Chester County in PSP Blitz

EMBREEVILLE, PA — A wave of serious incidents ranging from a death investigation tied to a reported domestic assault to multiple thefts, harassment complaints, drug arrests, and violent crashes unfolded across Chester County between November and late December 2025, according to a recent release from Pennsylvania State Police at the Embreeville barracks.

The most serious case was reported on December 13, 2025, when troopers were dispatched to the 10-block of Normandy Circle in East Nantmeal Township for a death investigation. The victim was identified as a 63-year-old woman from Glenmoore. While investigating the death, troopers learned that a domestic-related assault had allegedly occurred earlier in the day. State police said the case remains under active investigation as they work to determine whether the alleged assault was connected to the woman’s death.
