DOVER — Eight warming stations were opened as “dangerously cold temperatures arrived in Delaware, a news release said on Jan. 14.
The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services said stations were scheduled to be open Jan. 15-16 and Jan. 20-21 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
DHSS spokesperson Tim Mastro described the station as places “for individuals to seek respite from the cold.”…
