PHILADELPHIA, PA — A Montgomery County man who claimed to be too disabled to work while living an active, globe-trotting lifestyle was sentenced Wednesday to federal prison for defrauding the Department of Veterans Affairs out of more than $241,000 in disability benefits.
United States Attorney David Metcalf said Victor Milbourne, 52, of King of Prussia, was sentenced on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, to 18 months in prison by United States District Judge Paul S. Diamond. Milbourne was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release, pay $241,690 in restitution, a $20,000 fine, and a $1,000 special assessment.
